  • What are the check in and check out times?

    Check in is at 2 PM and check out is at 10 AM

  • Do you have a late check-out policy?

    Late check-out is until 6 pm and has an extra fee of 50%

  • Is there a storage room to leave skiing equipment or gear?

    Yes, we have a storage room that all guests can use to leave their skiing equipment or gear. 

  • Do you have a smoke-free policy?

    Yes, all rooms and common areas are smoke free. 

  • Do you have on-site parking?

    Yes, the hotel has a free, secure indoor parking. Parking spaces are subject to availability and it is not possible to book them in advance.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations with a minimum of 15 days before check-in, NO charges will be charged.
    Cancellations between 14 and 8 days before check-in, 50% of the stay will be charged as a penalty.
    Cancellations between 7 and 0 days before check-in, 100% of the stay will be charged as a penalty.
    In case of NO show a rate of 100% of the stay will be charged.
    For early departure, a rate of 100% of the stay will be charged.

  • What are the opening/ closing hours of the spa and fitness area?

    The spa and fitness center are open everyday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM

    You can book a massage or treatment from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. 

  • What time is breakfast served? Do you have veggie, gluten-free and lactose intolerant options?

    A buffet breakfast is served everyday from 7 AM to 10 AM

    Yes, we offer our guests a variety of veggie, gluten free and lactose intolerant options so that they can start their day full of energy. 

  • Are there TV’s in the apartments?

    Yes, there are smart TV’s set up in the living area. 

  • Do the apartments have a bidet?

    No, they don’t, but all bathrooms are equipped with a Japanese Smart Toilet.

  • Do you have a bathtub?

    No, the apartments have a spacious shower.
